As per the timetable highlighted by the developers, the grand opening supposedly happens at the end of 2024. Furthermore, there will be a high-end spa—one of the few in the region—and a swim-up bar for an upscale experience. For those who enjoy a beautiful sunset, an exclusive site will be available at the resort for the appreciation of such moments—the Sunset Lounge, where guests can admire the colors of the sky at dusk.

Offering a long sandy beach together with its great expanse of land, Wyndham Lagoa de Pitangui Beach Resort is to be located less than 20 km away from the city center of Natal and about 35 km away from Natal International Airport. It is located on the pleasant Praia de Graçandu, known for its calm waters and great extension of sand. Guest will readily access the resort, which is located 2 kilometers from Lagoa de Pitangui, a much-visited hot spot. “GR Group will retain 30% of the apartments, and also 20% of the sales stock that still is not marketed. This enterprise will have development in one single phase. Another one approved to be started next year, in Lagoa do Pitangui-already 500 meters from Pitangui Beach Resort-will be developed in three phases, with a more robust scope,” Rezende declared.
